Nurse's Message
I want to take a moment to send my warmest wishes to all of our Chapa Elementary students, families, and staff. It has been such a privilege to care for our wonderful students this year, and I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this amazing community.
The holidays are a time to reflect on the things that bring us joy and gratitude, and I want to express how thankful I am for the trust and support you’ve shown in caring for your children’s health and well-being. Whether through a visit to the health office, a kind note, or your partnership in supporting our school’s health initiatives, I truly appreciate all that you do.
As we take time to rest, recharge, and enjoy time with loved ones, I also encourage everyone to take care of themselves physically and emotionally. The holiday season can be a time for fun and relaxation, but it’s also important to remember the importance of rest, good nutrition, and staying active to keep our bodies and minds healthy.
I look forward to returning in the new year, ready to continue supporting the health and safety of all our students. Together, we’ll make 2025 another great year for learning, growing, and staying well!
I wish you and your family a safe, restful, and joyful holiday season filled with warmth, happiness, and good health.
Take care and stay well,
Marta Elizondo, R.N. Elodia R. Chapa Elementary School Nurse
