I'm thrilled to extend a warm welcome to you all through the Elodia R. Chapa Elementary School's health services webpage. I am Marta Elizondo, a Registered Nurse (R.N.), honored to serve as your school nurse. In this message, I'd like to introduce myself and share important information about our school's health services.
My role as your school nurse is to ensure a healthy and safe environment for our students, supporting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Whether it's providing first aid, managing chronic health conditions, or offering health education, I am dedicated to promoting our students' well-being so they can thrive both academically and personally.
